Resources

The information on this website comes from my own unique perspectives. Much of the information also comes from conveyances passed down through my lineage. Also, the majority of conclusions on this website come about from personal observation and meditation.

I do not use the internet as a resources because I feel this defeats the purpose of having an original and dynamic online source to symbols and signs.

Symbolic information on this website in need of fact-checking or fleshing out is made possible by this list of resources:

  1. I’m trying to find symbols for Anger and self control. I have a bit of a temper and I’d like to get a tattoo representing it to overcome it….

  2. I would love to speak through email! I’m only 18 y/o but since I was an early teen I’ve quite rapidly grown an obsessive need to ‘know’ and my knowledge now compared to before my eyes were open I am speechless, to say the least.. What I’m positive about from scanning a few articles of yours, is I need to gain something you possibly, (I’m hoping so) actually would be able to help me with and if not I certainly know you are the next step on the path I walk. Please get back to me ASAP. 🙂 Thank you,
    Love Alexandra.

  3. Hi, so on the way to work today, I was on the highway and noticed a falcon in the sky to my left. I then watched it dive straight into the side of a semi truck that was in the lane to my right. It fell down and I think I ran it over. I’m really upset about this, and I don’t know what this could mean.

  4. Hi Avia!

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and points of view about symbolism in your sites.

And especially thanks for this resources list! I find this very useful.

But couple very good books are missing from this list:
The Woman´s Dictionary of Symbols & Sacred objects by Barbara G Walker (1988). It gives a bit different perspective, a feminist and matriarchal one.
The Book of Symbols. Reflections on archetypal Images. This is illustrated with pictures of art. Very big, informative and beautiful book to read. Publisher is Taschen (2010)
And worth to read, even a bit peculiar book, is Ancient Pagan and Modern Christian Symbolism by Thomas Inman (1875). Because of the old age, it can be found from the web.

But thanks again for this list, I found some new books to read 🙂

  5. Looking for information about House Of Ravens referenced in The Lonesome God’s. Supposed to be west of Yuma,AZ

It talks in different sounds and if anyone else comes up it’s leaves then comes back calling out for me and when i come out he gets lower and closer and just talks back and forth with me… At first i was scared cause i was told he was a death warning but i feel like its more special then bad.. Can you help me? [email protected]

  8. Hello. Love your symbology sites.

Just a little proofreading feedback for ya – on your Tarot Teachings site you have 3 Seven of Cups entries and no Eight of Cups.

I just glanced at your info on Odin and didn’t see any reference to Wednesday. I didn’t know that Wednesday came from Odin… until the TV show “American Gods” clued me in.

Thanks for what you do and be. I’ve referenced your Tarot site much over the years. I’d donate to ya, but that would actually require I have money. Right now, nope. lol You’re quite welcome to use MY Donate Button though, but all that I have done for you and everyone else would cost ya all WAY too much. 😉

  9. YGoUZD Wonderful blog! I found it while browsing on Yahoo News. Do you have any tips on how to get listed in Yahoo News? I ave been trying for a while but I never seem to get there! Thanks

  10. I’m being drawn to your sites and essence. I too hear, see, think, and speak to and with the universe. Recently discovered it’s a maternal lineage, after a jolting and chaotic Kundalini awakening, (following a traumatic life experience). I’d gratefully like to ask if you wouldn’t mind speaking to me, privately? You are speaking to me, it’s rather serondipedous actually.

  11. Just wanted to say I am glad I found you. Great content and I love that you are doing what you love and bringing help and understand to those that find you.
I found you because a beetle visited my office window all this week and on the second occasion it brought my attention to the fact it happened again. At that time, I happened to be listening to a story on a podcast about Jung and they were talking about when a beetle flew into his office window. I happened to look at the time as I looked away and it was 919 a number that came up daily sometimes several times a day well over the last year. I didn’t know what it meant until my mom passed on that day which was also Yom Kippur. Anyway- that’s how I found you and I read your about so it seems you studied jung so that’s a perfect story to share with you.

Blessings and keep doing the good work you do 😊👍🦋

  12. I have been seeing a black cat lately since moving into my new home and I have had some good luck since and also this morning I saw the same cat but then like five minutes later. I saw a bigger, fatter one and then they started chasing eachother. My mother was a very spiritual person and before she passed. She told me that she would be watching me even after death. Can you help me better understand all of this? Thank you for sharing your knowledge and inspiration. Really like your blog. Blessings to you.

  13. I liked your information about Medusa. (Never knew the deeper story).
    Keep up your brilliant work!
