		<description>Hey ... did you see the trippy lines of energy across your photograph?  It could be reflection, but wow, it&#039;s cool given the topic.  What do I do to nurture the nucleus of each moment?  I typically stop, close my eyes, and wait for the &quot;ping&quot;.  Some pings are bigger than others, but each moment has it&#039;s own.
