  1. Thanks for the information on the cat. I was watching a television show on the war in Afghanistan. I stepped outside for a few moments, pondering how ridiculous it seems that on this side of the veil, people are separated by nationalism, pride, ego, greed and ultimately, war. When on the other side of the veil, the answers are so clear and simple. I was thinking that this is why forgiveness is so critical: at some point, we must forgive and let go to stop the cycle. At that moment, a cat appeared so I read your site. These phrases struck a chord in particular: “They keep the secrets of the Otherworld eternally to themselves, as they gaze with guile upon a world that does not see or understand the depth of their knowledge.” And “we have the power over illusion. The cat reminds us to not fall prey to false beliefs, to not be a fool out of ignorance and derive understanding from our own internal wisdom. The cat beckons us to realize that when we turn within to our own hearts, minds and souls, and trust in ourselves we will always be shown the truth of matters.”

    Thank you.

  2. Hi George,

Thanks so much for taking the time to express your thoughts here.

You and I have done a lot of mental walking along the same path.

Your words remind me of how grateful I am that nature still extends her grace by speaking to us. She’s multilingual…the cat being only one language spoken among millions.

I’m even more grateful humankind can always choose to stop and listen…..ponder, love, forgive, and go deeply inwards in order to expand peace outwards.

    The thanks goes to you.

    Namaste & light,
    A.
